To become the region’s most trusted industrial engineering partner and production hub, strengthening technological self-sufficiency, sustainable industrial growth, and regional innovation.
  • Our Mission

To provide industrial customers in Central Asia with reliable, efficient, and locally supported technologies for mechanical and electrical drive systems — ensuring long-term equipment performance and reduced operational risks.
Facilities and Capabilities

CAIM operates two modern production and service bases, each designed to support different stages of the industrial manufacturing process:

  • Tashkent Engineering and Service Center
    • Mechanical and electrical design office
    • Technical service and diagnostics department
    • Assembly and repair zone for small and medium-size equipment
    • Spare parts warehouse and logistics hub
  • Angren Production Complex
Located in the Angren Free Industrial Zone, the facility is equipped for:
    • Heavy assembly of industrial reducers and motor-gear units
    • Partial manufacturing of electric motors
    • Production of shafts, gear shafts, and medium-size housings
    • Gear hobbing, machining, and heat treatment operations
    • Load and no-load testing of motors and reducers
    • Acceptance testing, painting, and final inspection
Both sites operate with BatchMaster ERP, enabling full traceability of each component and assembly by batch number, supplier origin, and QC stage.
Localization & Manufacturing Scope

CAIM is continuously expanding its local engineering and production capabilities

Our current localization program includes:
  • Manufacturing of small and medium-size cast housings
  • Machining and grinding of shafts and gear shafts
  • Hobbing and heat treatment of gears
  • Winding of copper wire motor stators
  • Assembly and testing of low-voltage industrial motors
  • Assembly and testing of industrial gearboxes
  • Performance and load testing prior to dispatch
Imported components are used only where required — such as bearings, seals, electrical components, high-precision gear sets, or materials defined by OEM standards.
This hybrid model ensures cost efficiency, reliability, and technical compliance with international norms.
Quality Assurance & Testing

All CAIM and CAEMAG products undergo strict quality control, including:

  • Dimensional inspection of housings and shafts
  • Gear tooth contact pattern analysis
  • Surface hardness and material verification
  • Measurement of bearing preload and alignment accuracy
  • No-load and load-testing of motor-gear assemblies
  • Vibration, noise, and thermal performance checks
  • Final inspection under IEC, ISO, and AGMA standards
Engineering Expertise

CAIM’s engineering team develops custom solutions based on client-specific mechanical loads, process conditions, and environmental requirements

Our engineering scope includes:
  • Industrial gearboxes and motor-reducers (planetary, helical, bevel-helical, shaft-mounted)
  • Frequency converters (VFDs), soft starters, and automation
  • Condition-monitoring and supervisory control systems
  • High-efficiency electric motors (IE2–IE5)
  • Couplings, flanges, shafts, torque arms
  • Custom drive-system layouts for mining, cement, metallurgy, and energy applications
