Through our dedicated engineering division CAEMAG (Central Asia Electric Motors and Gears), CAIM provides one of the most comprehensive portfolios of industrial drive systems in Uzbekistan and Central Asia
Whether the application involves a high-torque mining conveyor, a heavy-duty cement mill, or a custom-built processing machine, CAIM delivers solutions engineered for performance, reliability, and long-term support under the region’s most demanding conditions.
We design, manufacture, integrate, and service power transmission systems — including industrial gearboxes, electric motors, couplings, shafts, lubrication systems, and complete drive assemblies.
Technical Performance Range
Our drive systems and reducers operate across the following engineering ranges:
Power capacity
up to 4.5 MW
Torque output
up to 280,000 Nm
Gear ratios
from 3.5:1 to 12,000:1
Voltage range for motors. Low-voltage
400–690 V
Voltage range for motors. Medium-voltage
3.3–6 kV
Temperature tolerance, depending on configuration
from –30°C to +55°C
These parameters allow us to provide solutions for light, medium, and heavy industrial applications across mining, cement, metallurgy, and energy sectors.

Each solution includes thermal design, structural optimization, bearing life analysis, and lubrication system integration.
Electric Motors & Drive Integration
CAIM provides two motor categories:
Locally Manufactured Motors (CAEMAG Motors)
Range: 1.5 kW – 132 kW
Efficiency classes: IE2 – IE3
Applications: conveyors, mixers, general industrial equipment
Local winding, assembly, balancing, and testing
These motors are designed to be paired with CAEMAG reducers for compact, efficient motor-gear units.
Large Industrial Motors (Through Boneng Partnership)
For large-scale applications we offer:
Motors up to 2.5 MW
Efficiency classes IE3 – IE4
Special motors for mining, cement, and heavy industries
These motors can be integrated into complete drive systems, including VFD solutions and custom couplings.
Engineering Workflow
Problem Identification & Site Survey
Together with the customer, our engineers identify operational problems, load characteristics, and drive requirements.
Technical Concept & Preliminary Design
Based on collected data, CAIM prepares an optimal technical concept and preliminary drawings.
Commercial Proposal & Financial Solution
After technical alignment, our sales and engineering team prepare a detailed quotation and available financing options.
Contracting & Engineering Finalization
Upon approval, CAEMAG engineers finalize the design, detailed drawings, and component selection.
Manufacturing & Assembly
Production begins at our Tashkent or Angren facilities — including machining, heat treatment, assembly, painting, and quality control.
Delivery & Installation
CAIM logistics ensures transportation to the customer site; installation is carried out jointly with customer mechanics.
Commissioning & Startup Control
The technical team oversees alignment, lubrication setup, trial runs, and performance checks.
Maintenance, Monitoring & After-Sales Support
Long-term reliability programs, predictive maintenance, and spare parts support are provided throughout the entire lifecycle.
